Our Shipping Commitment

At Chirapathi, we are dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted treasures reach you safely and promptly. We take great care in packaging each item to protect it during its journey to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, rates, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Chirapathi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


5. Damages or Lost Packages

Chirapathi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the claim process.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
