1. Return Timeframe
You have 9 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Any return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The item must be free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return or refund.
Please note that as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
- Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label. Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The easiest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are so sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve it for you.
